Doesn't honor their contracts. Hiring under scale for qualifications. Provides no information on job reviews and raises. The benefits package isn't bad. "Outsourced to India... customers did not even want to call the help desk anymore. They did not understand them and they were never able to help them. None of the employees at our location received a raise in years."

"I worked for this company while it was Anthelio for about 3 years. I worked the same shift with little option to take a 10-hour shift or the like in order to facilitate my busy schedule. The company culture left much to be desired, as those at the bottom of the food chain were blamed for everything. Other than that and some of the manager's incessant demands, it was a good place to work.paid time-off, breaks, lunches, 401kshort lunches, stressful"

"Typical day at work included being far too busy while others at same level were not held accountable for their workload. Most lower level management was helpful while middle management berated their employees. There were enormous lapses in communication between management and their underlings."

"Typical work day, you never know what area of work you will be doing as to where management will place you. There is favoritism with management and employees. Management treats their employees like a dictator and not on a human level. One manager has no clue as to how a certain job is preformed. They will let you go (sometimes) over the phone and not in person. You are not valued for the work that you do. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you are assigned elsewhere and away from management. Depending on what jobs you are assigned that day, you are to fill out productivity sheets eveyday for each paticular job which means your time in minutes are accounted for in your 8 hour day.guarenteed an 8 hour dayno break room, no coffee area, cafeteria is one floor down. You only have a 3 min. leeway on the punch clock"

"Your job and experience at Anthelio likely varies depending on where you're located geographically. I worked for the north account and it was a very demanding and stressful work environment. We were at the mercy of our customers and shot ourselves in the foot often due to our inability to say no when unreasonable work and deadlines were requested. A typical day was very unpredictable. Management is one area that was not bad and was the reason I stayed as long as I did. I respected by manager and enjoyed working with him and my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was the long hours, unpredictability and unreasonable expectations. There was no shortage of work and there was not enough people to get it done in a timely manner. There was a backlog of requests and not enough transparency with the customers. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people. My co-workers and those on the customer side that understood what we were up against. If you want to devote the majority of your day to your job and don't mind working long hours then working at Anthelio may not be so bad.
