A former employee shares his experience on, "Anthelio Healthcare Solutions Auditing staff is amazing. Management staff is horrible. Lack of planning, budgeting and time management. Doesn't honor their contracts. Hiring under scale for qualifications. Provides no information on job reviews and raises. The benefits package isn't bad. Losing business contracts and not picking up any. Outsourcing to India and firing internal USA candidates. Training people in India and auditing them to fix all their mistakes."

Field Services (Former Employee) says

"Outsourced to India... customers did not even want to call the help desk anymore. They did not understand them and they were never able to help them. None of the employees at our location received a raise in years."

Coding Associate (Former Employee) says

"Auditing staff is amazing. Management staff is horrible. Lack of planning, budgeting and time management. Doesn't honor their contracts. Hiring under scale for qualifications. Provides no information on job reviews and raises. Benefit package isn't bad. Losing business contracts and not picking up any. Outsourcing to India and firing internal USA candidates. Training people in India and auditing them to fix all their mistakes."

Coding Associate (Former Employee) says

"It was a good job with good benefits. I was laid off along with 9 others. I was only there for 5 months."

Engineer (Former Employee) says

"Management is terrible, from supervisors on up. After twelve years with the company I was let go within a ten minute time span, no warning, nothing. I was told "you left on good terms" you can apply for any other positions, um no thanks. No severance pay either, this place is outsourcing to India, beware.NothingWhere do I start"

Cancer Registrar (Former Employee) says

"I was able to adjust my schedule if I needed to. A typical workday was 8 hours of either abstracting or casefinding or doing followup. I was given 2 weeks vacation time for my years of service.Relaxed environmentElimination of position"

Field Services Supervisor (Current Employee) says

"Anthelio have been bought out several times. Every-time it becomes a worse place to work then the previous time. The new management ATOS has no clue how healthcare works. It will not be long until they lose the account I currently work for.Great working enviroment and team memberspretty much everything besides what I listed as a pro."

Field Service Team Lead (Former Employee) says

"Horribly managed from upper management to individual supervisors. Field service manager was combative, threatening and a poor manager. Definitely would never recommend working there.Poorly managed, reactive instead of proactive"

EHR Clinical Consultant/Application Analyst (Current Employee) says

"Multiple last minute trips; not able to schedule vacations or days off in advance. only know schedule 3 weeks in advance; no support or direction for system issues that need to be solved for clients. Co-workers express similar frustrations. Hardest part of the job is lack of organization and consistency within upper management. Most enjoyable part of the job is the actual work of educating clients on a new system and helping them find ways to customize it to their needs.great moneylack of organization, consistency in processes/policies"

Service Desk Agent (Former Employee) says

"I worked for this company while it was Anthelio for about 3 years. I worked the same shift with little option to take a 10-hour shift or the like in order to facilitate my busy schedule. The company culture left much to be desired, as those at the bottom of the food chain were blamed for everything. Other than that and some of the manager's incessant demands, it was a good place to work.paid time-off, breaks, lunches, 401kshort lunches, stressful"

Supervisor (Current Employee) says

"Good place to work but lack of team work. Learned how to talk with customers and how to interact with them. There was a lack of communication between management and different departments. You do get to help patients and make a difference by what you do every day."

Senior Software Architect / Healthcare (Current Employee) says

"Micromanagement at it's best. After the company was sold, and under new ownership, outsourcing to India is number one priority. Don't bother!!!"

IT Analyst/Applications Manager (Former Employee) says

"There is a reason they sold out to Atos. Hopefully it turns around.the company had lots of really good talent but let it go to waste. Upper management had no idea what they were doing. They’ve lost customers because of it"

Technician II (Former Employee) says

"The Anthelio group at Erlanger is staffed with exceptional technicians. Management, on the other-hand falls short due to corporate instability and a mentality that focuses on the "numbers game" rather than the quality of the IT trade craft. This adversely affects morale and confidence.the medical field is challenging. much opportunity.unstable and poorly managemed."

Service Desk Agent (Former Employee) says

"Typical day at work included being far too busy while others at same level were not held accountable for their workload. Most lower level management was helpful while middle management berated their employees. There were enormous lapses in communication between management and their underlings."

Processor I (Former Employee) says

"Typical work day, you never know what area of work you will be doing as to where management will place you. There is favoritism with management and employees. Management treats their employees like a dictator and not on a human level. One manager has no clue as to how a certain job is preformed. They will let you go (sometimes) over the phone and not in person. You are not valued for the work that you do. The most enjoyable part of the job is when you are assigned elsewhere and away from management. Depending on what jobs you are assigned that day, you are to fill out productivity sheets eveyday for each paticular job which means your time in minutes are accounted for in your 8 hour day.guarenteed an 8 hour dayno break room, no coffee area, cafeteria is one floor down. You only have a 3 min. leeway on the punch clock"

IS System Analyst (Former Employee) says

"Work day is Stress full and you are on call more often that expected, causing issue with family life. Management is not forth coming with information about downsizing. Co workers are lacking in Team work communication and you are pretty much on your own. Most enjoyable part of the job is the customer and working to resolve issues."

Inpatient Coder (Former Employee) says

"Work was fairly distributed amongst employees. Mostly relaxed working environment. Educational training was good. Paid employees employees membership dues.Free food often."

CLIENT SITE EXECUTIVE (Former Employee) says

"Your job and experience at Anthelio likely varies depending on where you're located geographically. I worked for the north account and it was a very demanding and stressful work environment. We were at the mercy of our customers and shot ourselves in the foot often due to our inability to say no when unreasonable work and deadlines were requested. A typical day was very unpredictable. Management is one area that was not bad and was the reason I stayed as long as I did. I respected by manager and enjoyed working with him and my co-workers. The hardest part of the job was the long hours, unpredictability and unreasonable expectations. There was no shortage of work and there was not enough people to get it done in a timely manner. There was a backlog of requests and not enough transparency with the customers. The most enjoyable part of the job was the people. My co-workers and those on the customer side that understood what we were up against. If you want to devote the majority of your day to your job and don't mind working long hours then working at Anthelio may not be so bad. However, if you're trying to have some work/life balance then this may not be the place for you.Good co-workersHigh turnover, CEO changes often, vision/mission change often, global resources don't understand urgency"

Director, Procurement and Supply Chain Management (Former Employee) says

"Good personnel, but the senior management does not have future visions related to strategies"

Senior IT Applications Manager (Former Employee) says

"I am grateful for the time that I spent with this organization, but also disappointed with the politics, poor leadership, and lack of technical funding that existed."
